Returns Policy & FAQs

Our Returns Policy

We hope you love your Zantalas clothing as much as we do, but if for any reason you need to return it you can do so easily by emailing us at thegirls@zantalas.com and we will send you a returns label.  We will also ask you whether the reason is 'Product fault' or 'Product unsuitable' and if so why it's unsuitable, so we can learn from this and improve our products in the future.

All our items are carefully quality checked by one of our team before they are sent to you, but if you do discover a fault in one of our products you have 30 days to send it back to us.  If you just decide the item you purchased isn't for you then that's fine too, but you'll need to return it to us within 14 days.

FAQs

How much does Zantalas charge for postage?

  • Our standard postage rates are £3.99 for standard parcels and £5.99 for extra large parcels.  We also offer a next day service for £5.99 for standard parcels or £6.99 for extra large parcels.

Why do I have limited postage options?

  • If you have ordered a large item, for example a saddle pad, our website will know you need a large parcel so will adjust your postage options to ensure you have the correct postage.

How do I contact Zantalas?

  • The best way to contact is is either by email; thegirls@zantalas.com or to DM us on one of our social channels.    Instagram; zantalas_uk     Facebook; zantalas

Who owns Zantalas?

  • Zantalas is a UK based, family run start up launched by Stephanie, Amy, Lily & Jasmine.  We do everything ourselves, right down to fabric sourcing and we only work with people who have significant experience with horses so we know our products meet the high standards needed.

What is your charity donation?

  • Zantalas isn't profitable yet (which means it's still costing us more to run that we're getting from sales).  As soon as we make a profit, we will be giving 5% of it to equine charities - we will use a poll on Instagram to allow our followers to select a charity
